Refund Policy for OutdoorSupplyVault

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from OutdoorSupplyVault. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer refunds in accordance with the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

a. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.

b. Certain products may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These products will be clearly marked as non-refundable on the product page.

2. Refund Process

b. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with an RA number and instructions on how to return the item.

c. Please securely package the item and ship it to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refund Amount

a. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

b. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

c. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

b. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return or refund.

5. Non-Receipt of Items

a. If you have not received your order within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us to investigate the issue.

b. If it is determined that your order has been lost in transit, we will either reship the order or issue a refund, at your discretion.
